As I’m unwinding from today’s activities, I wander on to youtube and decide to look at some Kingdom Hearts videos.  Then it hits me.  It’s been ten years since the first Kingdom Hearts game.  TEN years.  Holy shit, where did the time go?

I can still remember reading about the game’s concept.  Final Fantasy + Disney = KINGDOM HEARTS.  I honestly thought that wasn’t gonna work.  Boy, was I wrong.  The game was beyond successful in combining the two franchises into a wonderful, magical story.  To say that I was inspired by the franchise would be an understatement.  The game showcases some pretty thought-provoking psychological and emotional themes (the squaresoft side of the equation), along with the fun and cheerful environments that Disney is known for.

I won’t give away any of the plot, as I’m typically known for doing in real life.  Wait, I was supposed to do my intro…I’m going to bed.
