Hi guys! My name is Maleny and I’m one of the newer contributors to Strawberry Scented Burnout. I’m a born and raised native of San Diego, California, which is apparently a rarity these days. I’m finishing up a Bachelor’s degree in English and just figuring out this life thing one step at a time. But enough about the boring stuff.

I’m 5’1”, Laotian, a scorpio, and  enjoy long walks on the beach– wait this isn’t a dating profile? Uhhhh….. What do I put here then?

Ah okay! Fun shit! As a contributor, you will find me posting about geeky happenings going on around town, art shows, interviews with friends, photos of me sitting on Francis’s car, and probably something pertaining to food. Most of my days I am either working, doing homework, sleeping, changing my hair colour or going to Muay Thai. When I am not doing any of the following, you can find me just about anywhere in San Diego, especially around Convoy Street, North Park, Point Loma, and Downtown. I like going out to restaurants, clubs, emo nights, art shows, or just interesting walks. Can’t wait to tell you guys more!
